Paris-2024: historical result from the Turkish athlete

Turkish shot putter Shavval Ilayda Tarhan achieved a historic result at the "Paris-2024" Summer Olympic Games.

Axar.az reports that the female athlete took 7th place by scoring 577 points in 10-meter air pistol shooting. With this, she became the first Turkish shooter in the history of the Olympics to reach the final in this category.

She will compete in the final on July 28.

It should be noted that the Paris Olympics will end on August 11.
