A meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko began in Sochi.

Axar.az reports this was announced by the Kremlin's press secretary Dmitry Perskov.

According to him, the delegations did not attend the meeting due to inclement weather.

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko complained during a meeting with Putin:

“You are happy. Both the sea and the snow. There was almost no snow in my area. But look, here it is near us.”

Putin pointed to the mountains with his hand and said, "There is more."
