Comprehensive measures are being taken on the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that within the framework of these measures, the Ministry of Emergency Situations continues its activities in accordance with the decisions made by the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers.

Relevant forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have started disinfection measures at the facilities identified by the Operational Headquarters in Baku since March 28. As part of the work carried out in individual areas, the areas are disinfected with a special solution.

It should be noted that further disinfection measures are underway.
