The Turkish delegation, which will take part in the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center, is already in Azerbaijan.
Axar.az reports that the statement came from Defense Ministry spokesman Colonel Vagif Dargahli.
"The Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center, established in accordance with the relevant item of the joint statement of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the President of the Russian Federation and the Prime Minister of Armenia, starts operating today. Turkish servicemen to be represented at the Joint Monitoring Center have arrived in Azerbaijan. I would also like to note that the Russian servicemen to be represented at the Joint Monitoring Center are already in our country," said Colonel Dargahli.
