Novruz cuisine was organized at the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center in the Aghdam region on the initiative of the Azerbaijan National Culinary Association.

At the event, Professor Tahir Amiraslanov gave detailed information to the servicemen about the hospitality of our people, the traditions of the Nowruz holiday, the meaning of sweets baked on the holiday.

At the end, diplomas of the Association and books authored by Professor T. Amiraslanov were presented to the participants of the event, and dinner was organized.
