Illegal Armenian armed groups in the territories of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily stationed, continue to transport military cargo from Armenia by using alternative dirt roads to the Shusha-Lachin road.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Ministry of Defense.

Illegal Armenian armed groups carry manpower, ammunition, mines, as well as fuel, water, food and other material and technical support means to combat positions through the Khankendi-Khalfali-Turssu road at night and in foggy weather conditions.

"The Azerbaijani side has repeatedly informed the international community about the transportation of military cargo on the mentioned route. In addition, it has been determined that the Armenian side also uses civilian vehicles for the purpose of military cargo transportation. Thus, civilian vehicles moving from Armenia will arrive at the specified point near Turshsu village of Shusha district. It delivers service personnel and military cargo under the contract to 10. Later, we also observed the transportation of military personnel and military cargo to Khankendi by high-speed military vehicles.
