A fire broke out in Shafibeyli village of Zangilan district.

Axar.az reports that the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) has released information about this.

It was reported that the forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were immediately involved in the area.

Thanks to the necessary and urgent measures taken in accordance with the operational conditions, the fire that occurred in the open area was extinguished in a short time without allowing it to spread to the surrounding areas.

As a result of the fire, a total of 120 hectares of bushes, dry grass, and harvested grain were burned in the open area.

The surrounding areas have been protected from fire.
