A passenger plane crash during landing in Muan, South Korea, has resulted in the deaths of 62 people.

The Jeju Air plane operating the Bangkok-Muan route veered off the runway and crashed into a fence after landing at around 9:00 a.m. local time, causing a fire.
There were 175 passengers and 6 crew members on board.
The crashed Boeing 737-800 (737-8AS) was manufactured in August 2009.
