Merz doubts that Putin will dare to hold summit with Zelensky

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said he is not sure whether Putin will have the courage to attend a bilateral summit with Zelensky.

Axar.az informs he, speaking at a briefing after talks at the White House, said the coming weeks will be decisive for Ukraine.

Merz also welcomed Trumps announcement on possible security guarantees and says all of Europe needs to take part in them.
