The next NATO summit will be held in Ankara on July 7-8, 2026.
Axar.az reports that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte made the announcement.
“I would like to thank Turkiye for hosting the NATO summit in Ankara on July 7-8,” the Secretary General said.
Rutte noted that NATO leaders will continue to prepare responses to today's challenges at the summit in Ankara.
It should be noted that Turkiye will be hosting a NATO summit for the second time in the last 20 years. The previous summit was held in Istanbul in 2004.
