Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a phone conversation with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the Turkish Presidential Administration's press service.

The parties discussed the latest developments in the negotiation process between Ukraine and Russia.

Erdoğan and the Secretary General highlighted Turkiye’s decisive role in the peace process in Ukraine and in ensuring security in the Black Sea.

They also exchanged views on lasting security guarantees.
