Putin: Russia, Ukraine cooperate on humanitarian issues

Despite the conflict, the Russian and Ukrainian special services are in constant contact with each other and continue to cooperate on humanitarian issues, including the exchange of prisoners of war.

Axar.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin said this at a press conference in Bishkek.

He stressed that cooperation between the special services of the two countries has not stopped even in the most difficult times:

“Our special services have always been in contact with each other and are still in contact now.”
