Slovenia to hold UN Security Council presidency

Ukraine will face a tactical defeat, but will win a strategic victory.

Axar.az reports that this was said by former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

“The strategic victory is that the Russians were unable to occupy Ukraine and establish their own power. The purpose of the occupation was precisely to destroy Ukraine as a state and nation.

The tactical defeat is that Ukrainians will have to make difficult decisions, but this is important for building the future,” Kuleba said.
