The US is ready to send troops to Ukraine after the war

The United States is ready to send troops to Ukraine to ensure security after the conflict ends.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

According to him, this is the first time the United States has expressed its agreement on this issue:

"We will see how consistent our partners on the other side of the Atlantic are, but this gives us hope that the negotiations will be successful," Tusk said.

It should be noted that Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky said a day earlier, after talks with US President Donald Trump, that two issues in the 20-point peace plan remained unresolved. These issues are related to the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant and territories.

He noted that 90 percent of the peace plan has been completed.
