Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Ali Larijani has said that the country is in a state of intense war.
Axar.az reports, citing Vestnik Kavkaza, that Larijani stated there is currently no ceasefire in place and blamed Israel for the situation:
“Israel is behind the current situation.”
He also stressed that enemies are trying to fragment Iran.
Larijani noted that participants in protest actions have targeted the country’s national symbols, including the flag, mosques, and the Quran.
It should be noted that mass protests have been ongoing in Iran for 13 days due to the economic situation.
