Kremlin agrees with Trump that Zelensky slowing peace process

The Kremlin agrees with U.S. President Donald Trump’s view that it is Vladimir Zelensky who is slowing down the peace process in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

Axar.az reports, citing TASS, “This can be agreed with. It is indeed so. President [Vladimir] Putin and the Russian side remain open,” Peskov said, commenting on Trump’s remarks in an interview with U.S. media.

“The position of the Russian side is well known to American negotiators and to President Trump. It is also well known in Kyiv and to the leadership of the Kyiv regime. This is a consistent position,” the Russian leader’s press secretary emphasized.
