US President Donald Trump must make a decision on Iran as soon as possible.

Axar.az reports that the statement was made by former US National Security Adviser John Bolton.

He said that if the situation in the Middle East returns to the past, a completely different picture will emerge in the region.

Speaking about the future of Tehran’s proxy forces in the event of the Iranian regime’s collapse, Bolton noted that they would try to seek support elsewhere.

However, he added that losing Iran’s backing would put Hezbollah in Lebanon, Ansarallah (the Houthis) in Yemen, Hamas in the Gaza Strip, and Shiite armed groups in Iraq in an extremely difficult position.
