Israel hits two maritime cruise missile sites in Tehran

Israel has targeted two primary maritime cruise missile production sites in the heart of Tehran.

Axar.az reports that according to information from the Israeli military Telegram channel (IDF), the Air Force conducted these strikes under the guidance of Military Intelligence and the Naval Intelligence branch.

"The targeted facilities operated under the command of the Iranian Ministry of Defense and were used by the regime for the development and production of long-range maritime cruise missiles. These weapons systems are designed for the rapid destruction of both sea-based and land-based targets," the statement said.

The operation aimed to significantly degrade Iran's ability to manufacture advanced naval strike assets. Local reports indicate that the precision strikes focused on specialized assembly lines used for the production of these high-velocity cruise missiles.
