On the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the USA, the signatures of President Donald Trump and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will be reflected on the dollar.

Axar.az reports, citing US Department of Treasury, that Scott Bessent gave a statement about this.

"There is no more powerful way to recognize the historic achievements of our great country and President Donald Trump than to issue the US dollar bearing his name."

He noted that engraving Trump's signature on US currency is not only appropriate but also well-deserved.

"Because his historical contribution as the architect of the golden era of the country's economic revival must be taken into account."
