Putin and Lukashenko discuss bilateral cooperation

A telephone conversation took place between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

Axar.az reports, according to the Kremlin press service, during the call, the leaders exchanged heartfelt Easter greetings and conveyed best wishes to the peoples of the two countries.

They also discussed a number of current issues related to bilateral cooperation in various fields, including trade and the economy.

The sides confirmed their mutual commitment to further strengthening allied relations between Russia and Belarus and to maintaining close cooperation at different levels.

In addition, they exchanged views on several international issues.
