Ukraine strikes Russian warships in Crimea -

The Ukrainian military carried out strikes on Russian Black Sea Fleet landing ships in Crimea on April 19.

Axar.az informs, citing the Ukrainian Defense Intelligence, that on April 19, the “Ghosts” special forces unit of Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate targeted two large Russian landing ships, “Yamal” and “Nikolai Filchenkov,” in Crimea.

According to the report, both vessels were rendered inoperable as a result of the attack.

At the time of the strikes, both ships were located in Sevastopol Bay.

The total value of the vessels is estimated at around $150 million.
