Trump: Lebanon ceasefire extended 3 weeks

A ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon would be extended by three weeks after fresh talks between the countries' envoys in Washington.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by U.S. President Donald Trump.

"I look forward in the near future to hosting the Prime Minister of Israel, Bibi Netanyahu, and the President of Lebanon, Joseph Aoun," Trump added.

It should be noted that on April 17, a temporary 10-day ceasefire had been reached between Lebanon and Israel.
