Ukraine strikes Russian oil facility in Perm -

Ukrainian forces have carried out another drone strike on oil infrastructure in Russia’s Perm region.

Axar.az informs, citing Ukrainian media, that the target was the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez facility.

The plant is one of Russia’s largest oil refineries and a key asset within the Lukoil system.

It is worth noting that Ukraine also struck an oil pumping station near Perm the previous day.
