Putin says impossible to set timeline for end of conflict

It is impossible to name specific timelines for the end of the special military operation under ongoing combat conditions, and doing so would be imprudent, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

Axar.a informs that Putin stated that the situation on the battlefield gives Russia the right to say that the conflict is approaching its end.

He also noted that European policy led to what happened in Ukraine:

“The tragedy unfolding in Ukraine is their doing [the EU countries], it is the result of their policy. Because it was they who led to the coup d’état in Kyiv in 2014, which led to the need for Russia to protect the people of Crimea, and then, I will not go into details — I have spoken about this many times — to assist the DPR and LPR, which we did not recognize for many years,” Putin said.
