Following the lifting of internet restrictions in Iran, new footage has circulated on social media claiming to show the early days of the war.

Axar.az reports that the “Azad Iran” Telegram channel released footage showing a missile strike on an area said to include the residence of Iran’s late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

It is claimed that the videos were recorded in the initial phase of the conflict and that “Tomahawk”-type missiles were used in the strike.

It is also noted that Ali Khamenei and a group of senior military commanders were killed on February 28 as a result of an operation carried out by Israeli and U.S. forces.
