Ukraine has updated its estimate of Russian military losses as of day 1,589 of the war.

Axar.az reports that, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia has lost an estimated 1,404,760 personel, 12,069 tanks, 24,856 armored combat vehicles, 45,111 artillery systems, 1,903 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), 1,459 air defense systems, 436 military aircraft, 353 helicopters, 1,782 ground robotic systems, 38,306 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), 114,499 military vehicles and fuel tankers, 4,797 cruise missiles, 33 warships/boats, two submarines, and 4,369 pieces of special military equipment since the start of the full-scale invasion.
