Ukrainian drones strike oil refinery in Russia’s Kstovo -

Ukrainian drones have struck the Kstovo oil refinery owned by Russia's Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian Telegram channels, the attack sparked a major fire at the facility.

The Kstovo refinery is one of Russia's largest oil processing plants. It has an annual refining capacity of about 17 million tonnes, accounting for roughly 5–6% of the country's total oil refining capacity.
