Tisza government heading toward authoritarianism

Everyone saw what happened. Aggression, threats, intimidation. A direct road to authoritarianism. This is where the Tisza government stands. Let’s not allow it.

Axar.az reports, citing Hungarian media, that former Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban made the remarks while commenting on the escalating dispute between former President Janos Ader and Prime Minister Peter Magyar.

“Janos Ader stood up for the rule of law. Calmly, with reasoned arguments,” Orban wrote, criticizing the government's response to the former president’s comments.

The exchange comes after Ader demanded that Magyar either apologize or provide evidence for allegations related to the use of public funds.
