Ukrainian drones strike Russia’s Orsk oil refinery -

In Orsk, Orenburg region, Russia, an oil refinery was hit after a drone attack, triggering a large-scale fire.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, that according to OSINT analysis, the Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery was targeted. A large fire broke out at the facility following the explosions.

Further analysis of the published data indicates that the ELOU-AVT unit was likely hit.

According to preliminary data, the attack damaged the refinery’s hydrocracking complex, which has a capacity of 1.6 million tonnes per year.

The unit is one of the key elements of the facility’s modernization. It is used to process vacuum gas oil and produce light petroleum products.
