Russia strikes cargo ship at Ukraine’s Chornomorsk port

The Russian Armed Forces have struck a dry cargo ship carrying weapons and military equipment at the Chornomorsk port in Ukraine's Odesa region.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, as a result of strikes carried out with high-precision weapons and drones, a dry cargo ship involved in delivering weapons and military equipment to Ukraine, along with 7 fuel tanks and port infrastructure facilities, was hit.

"The strikes also destroyed facilities used for unloading and storing military cargo, as well as fuel and lubricants intended for the supply of the Ukrainian Armed Forces," the statement said.
