One killed, two injured by drone debris in Saudi Arabia

One person was killed and two others were injured after debris from an intercepted drone fell in Saudi Arabia’s Taif governorate on Thursday.

Axar.az reports, citing Saudi media, that the drone was launched by the Houthi militia in Yemen and was intercepted and destroyed.

According to the reports, a Yemeni resident was killed, while a Saudi woman and a Pakistani resident were injured. The Pakistani national was in critical condition.

The falling debris also caused material damage to several buildings and vehicles, the Civil Defense said.
