Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar in an interview with Hurriyet.

"A 44-day operation was carried out in Karabakh. The most important aspect of this operation was that both states had a deeper understanding of the concept of "two states, one nation." This consciousness took its place. "After that, if Armenia makes the right choices, it can take advantage of peace," he said.
