Turkey's Space Technologies Research Institute (TUBITAK UZAY) is studying the experience of Azerbaijan's Azercosmos JSC in the satellite system management, said Azerbaijan's Ministry of Communications and High Technologies.

A group of experts of TUBITAK UZAY had training on determining satellite orbits, maneuvering in space and so on.

TUBITAK UZAY specialists, for their part, shared their plans and experience in building ground satellite control systems, management of low earth orbit satellites and practical work on building nano-satellites.

The parties also reached a preliminary agreement on continuing the work on exchanging experience in the future.

Earlier, Azercosmos JSC was holding talks with TUBITAK UZAY on rendering scientific and technical support in manufacturing micro-and nano-statellites.
