Armenia did not use "Alexander" missile systems during the war in Karabakh.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov.

"According to reliable information confirmed by the objective control system, none of these missile systems were used during the conflict in Karabakh. All stocks of Iskander missiles are in the warehouses of the Armenian army," Konashenkov said.

Pashinyan said that Iskander operational-tactical missile systems were used against Azerbaijan in the Second Karabakh War, but the missile did not explode.

Pashinyan also stressed that these Russian-made missiles are not fully usable and do not always explode. "Let those who are trying to criticize me ask themselves why Alexander did not explode? Or why did it explode by 10 percent?"
