Minnikhanov spoke about Turkiye

Turkiye is a strategic partner for Tatarstan.

Axar.az reports that the head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, said this in an interview with "CNN Turk".

Our leaders Volodymyr Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan are strategic partners. Both countries have their own interests, but our views on the main issues are peace and creativity," Minnikhanov said.

Minnikhanov said that the relations between Turkiye and Tatarstan are within the framework of a strong and strategic partnership.

"During difficult times, you can understand who is a true friend. Turkiye is a real and strategic partner of our country."

Minnikhanov said that the trade volume between Turkiye and Tatarstan has reached 2.9 billion dollars.
