Iran vows to kill US soldier for every Iranian killed

Iran's Armed Forces have vowed to kill one U.S. service member for every Iranian killed in U.S. strikes.

Axar.az informs, citing Iranian media, that the statement was made by Ali Abdollahi, chief of staff of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters of the Iranian Armed Forces.

"For every citizen of the Islamic Republic of Iran who is martyred, one American service member will be killed," Abdollahi said.

It should be noted that the latest escalation in tensions between the United States and Iran began on July 8.
