US strike kills two aboard LPG tanker

The US military struck an LPG tanker with two missiles on Friday afternoon, killing two crew members and disabling the vessel.

Axar.az reports, citing Iran International, that the source said the tanker was approaching the area from the Gulf of Oman when US forces targeted it on suspicion that it was carrying Iranian gas.

The missiles damaged the vessel’s engine room, leaving the tanker stranded. The United States has not immediately commented on the claim.
