The Ukrainian armed forces lag behind the Russian army in all quantitative indicators, and conscripts receive less training than we would like.

Axar.az reports that Alexander Syrsky, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this in an interview with CNN.

"The enemy has an advantage in aviation, rockets, artillery, the amount of ammunition, of course, in personnel, tanks, and infantry fighting vehicles," he said.

According to Syrsky, this situation forces Ukraine to be smarter and more effective in waging war:

"We cannot fight like them, therefore, first of all, we must make maximum use of terrain features, engineering constructions, and our forces and means."
