The bank account of former Deputy Chief of the Russian Defense Ministry, Colonel General Dmitry Bulgakov, has been frozen.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by TASS.

The freeze applies only to Bulgakov's bank account, from which he has received money transfers from other individuals and his pension.

There is no freeze on his property.

It should be noted that Colonel General Dmitry Bulgakov, who served as Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia from 2008 to 2022, was arrested for corruption in July 2024. His detention has reportedly been extended until December 25.
