Iran calls for emergency OIC summit on Israel's attacks

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi has called for an emergency summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to discuss Israel's attacks on Lebanon and Palestine.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by Tasnim.

Gharibabadi emphasized during his speech at the UN General Assembly that the Islamic world is at a turning point and is facing several serious issues, particularly the priority issue of Palestine.

The Iranian diplomat has proposed an urgent meeting of the heads of state of OIC member countries, considering the special situation in Lebanon and Gaza.
