Iran has sent two domestically produced satellites to Russia for launch into orbit.

Axar.az reports that this information was provided by "Tasnim."

It was stated that the "Kowsar" satellite is designed for precise agriculture and mapping, while the smaller "Hodhod" satellite is intended for communication networks and internet services.
