A meeting of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Russia, Iran and Armenia will be held in Istanbul today.

Axar.az reports that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said this.

"Turkiye and Azerbaijan act as one state in some issues. Cooperation in economy, foreign policy, strategic issues and other areas is very close", H. Fidan noted.
