First frosts could trigger attacks on Ukraine

With the first frosts hitting Ukraine, rockets could fly in from Russia to our settlements.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Ukrainian military-political analyst Oleksandr Kovalenko.

“It is entirely possible that such air attacks could occur in November, as the energy system will face a serious load due to weather conditions during this period. Russia will primarily target the energy sector again. At the same time, we cannot exclude attacks on enemy military airbases, civilian infrastructure, especially water supply facilities, and civilian airfields.

It is highly likely that the Russians will combine drone and missile strikes. Many of the problems this winter will relate to the number of aerial targets in our skies. The enemy can synchronize their attacks to the extent that our air defense systems become overwhelmed,” Kovalenko emphasized.
