Russian attack kills police colonel in Kharkiv

As a result of a missile strike by Russian forces on the city of Kharkiv, a building housing the city police has been destroyed.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Ivan Vyhovsky, the head of the National Police of Ukraine.

He reported that as a result of the strike, Police Colonel Andrey Matviyenko was killed, and another 40 people were injured.
