COP29: Road restrictions to be imposed

Restrictions will be applied on certain roads during the COP29 event. Measures will be taken to ensure safe and orderly traffic on these roads.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by the head of the Transportation Intellectual Management Center (NIIM) of the MIA, police colonel Namidan Piriyev at a special briefing "On the presentation of the COP29 transport plan".

According to him, alternative ways will be offered so that citizens can move comfortably.

"Those who have to go to those directions will be able to go intermittently if necessary. Information signs will be placed on the roads where the restrictions are applied, and traffic stability will be maintained in the city as detailed information will be shared through official channels. Thus, during the event, the comfort of both local residents and guests will be ensured to the maximum," added Namidan Piriyev.
