President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China has expressed condolences over the crash of an "Azerbaijan Airlines" plane in the city of Aktau, Kazakhstan.

It was stated that Xi Jinping extended his condolences to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev over the loss of lives caused by the crash of the "Azerbaijan Airlines" plane.
