Syria’s new foreign minister makes his first visit abroad

A delegation representing Syria's interim government has made an official visit to Saudi Arabia.

Axar.az reports that this information was shared by Turkish media.

According to the report, the visit, initiated at the invitation of Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, includes Syria's Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan Al-Shaybani, Defense Minister Murhaf Abu Qasra, and the head of the General Intelligence Organization, Anas Khattab.

The interim government has not yet disclosed details about the program or duration of the visit.

It was noted that this is the first foreign visit by Syria's new government.
