Russian airliner veers off runway in Norilsk

This morning, an "Airbus 321A" aircraft of Russia's "Sibir" airline, which was flying from Moscow, veered off the runway after completing its landing at Norilsk International Airport named after N.N. Urvantsev.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by the Western Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office.

It was noted that there were 79 passengers on board, and the aircraft has been temporarily grounded for flights.

A backup aircraft has been allocated for the Moscow flight, which is scheduled to depart at 3:30 PM.
