Israel is ready to transfer Russian-made weapons seized by the IDF inLebanon or other regions to Ukraine.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the Ukrainian Embassy in Israel on its Facebook page.

It was noted that on January 21, a meeting took place between Ukraine's ambassador to Israel, Yevgeny Korniychuk, and Israel's Deputy Foreign Minister, Sharren Haskel:

"During the meeting, Ambassador expressed his gratitude to the Deputy Minister for her previously made proposal at Knesset - to transfer to Ukraine Russian-made weapons seized by the IDF in Lebanon or elsewhere from Israel's enemies. It was noted that this initiative would represent an important step in recognizing the common threats faced by both countries. The Ukrainian side expressed hope for a positive resolution of this matter."
