Emily Hernandez, a woman charged in the January 6 Capitol attack and pardoned by President Trump, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for a deadly drunk driving crash.

Axar.az, citing TRT world, reports that Hernandez, 24, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence after causing a crash that killed Victoria Wilson and injured her husband, Ryan Wilson, on January 5, 2022, in Missouri. Hernandez was driving the wrong way on an interstate when the accident occurred.

Previously, Hernandez served 30 days in federal prison for participating in the Capitol riot, where she was photographed with a broken nameplate from Nancy Pelosi’s office.

President Trump pardoned nearly 1,500 people linked to the Capitol attack, including those convicted of violent offenses. The Jan. 6 attack aimed to overturn the 2020 election results, which Joe Biden won.
